Canelo Alvarez protested on being called a cheater by his rival Caleb Plant. The three-belt unified super middleweight champion lashed out and directed a flurry of verbal slurs at ‘Sweet Hands’, which ultimately turned out to be a physical altercation after the official face-off. However, Caleb Plant didn’t hold back from responding to his Mexican opposition.
‘Sweet Hands’ had accused the P4P king of cheating. And Alvarez actually tested positive regarding the banned substance clenbuterol in 2018. An anti-doping body also handed him a suspension of six months. Three years later, Plant didn’t forget to criticize Canelo Alvarez for the particular incident.

The undefeated fighter took constant shots at Alvarez and even brought up the drug failure test. Caleb Plant said, “People don’t cheat out of confidence, people cheat out of fear and you know he went for a trial and he got suspended for six months. So, it is what it is. He is a cheater.”
However, Alvarez reacted with rage and refused to respond. He had a straightforward answer to Plant, which was hilarious yet alarming. The P4P king said, “Shut the f*** up.” All of it infused a certain bad-blood in the rivalry that will go down in the ring on November 6 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, USA.
