Claressa Shields is arguably the greatest female boxer of all time. The undefeated American is an undisputed champion in two different weight classes. However, the only threat to her unbeaten streak in the professional game is Savannah Marshall.
This rivalry got closer after Savannah Marshall successfully defended her title on Saturday. The Englishwoman called out Shields and claimed the American would be no match for her power. However, ‘The GWOAT’ has now given her take on the bout.

The 11-0 boxer addressed the call out on her YouTube channel and said, “(Savannah) Marshall cannot f*** with me. I’mma keep it real. It’s a couple things. She’s just too slow, don’t understand distance, I mean, just, I could give you a list.”

Marshall did not hold back in her call-out and pointed out that she’s the more powerful fighter. However, the champion gave her an explanation of why the Englishwoman would not cut it against her right now.
Shields said, “She doesn’t possess the skills to do anything with me at this time and at this moment, you know. And I’m happy she’s living off that one win. But Savannah Marshall is just too slow, okay.”
Thus, these comments from the American showed that she believes that despite having more power, Marshall is slower, and thus, would have no effect against her. Moreover, she pointed out the difference in skill to assert her dominance.
