Ryan Garcia is a high-functioning individual. It is astonishing to learn that he was making music videos while preparing for the Devin Haney fight. Unfortunately, even after securing the win against Haney, Garcia’s victory was turned into a no-contest. Additionally, he was suspended by the NYSAC after testing positive for Ostarine ahead of the Devin Haney fight. “Yall may catch me out and about but as far as boxing I don’t know. I may do acting or singing,” Garcia once wrote on X while reports about his suspension were picking up pace.
The Victorville native has had a good musical career so far. He has released songs like ‘Blessed, Highly Favored’, and Pray for My Haters this year, which has over 2.1 million views. Not bad for someone who just started out in the music business. Also, who can forget the legendary diss track on Devin Haney called “Haney Pack” which dropped after putting on a boxing masterclass against the 25-year-old fighter? Now, one of his songs is on the verge of hitting another milestone again.

In one of his Instagram stories, Ryan shared a screenshot of his Spotify profile which showed that his song ‘Blessed, Highly Favored’ is close to hitting the million mark in terms of streaming count. Naturally, Garcia was quite excited about the aforementioned fact and wanted the fans to help his song reach a billion streams. “Stream and get this to a million,” he wrote. The boastful and upbeat song about “being favored” by god, to become a successful and rich boxer has become a fan-favorite. Surely, there are a lot of boxing fans rooting for Ryan Garcia to make a spectacular comeback in the ring. After all, he is a big PPV attraction who made a lot of money for himself as well as his opponent.

Slice of life in music!
Plagued by a one-year suspension and dealing with his mother’s cancer diagnosis, Garcia gave the boxing fans a sneak peek into his still-unreleased single “Soldier”. It sounds quite melodious and will uplift your spirits during troubling times. His long-time partner in music, Fooly Faime, had collaborated with him on the project.
The chorus of the song goes like, “Soldier! I will still be standing when it’s over….Keep fighting like a, keep fighting like a soldier! Well, life don’t turn out like they told ya…”
Then, the chorus transitions into a verse rapped by Garcia. “I have always kept my faith, and I grind all the time never missed one day. And if I ain’t there yet then I am on my way. RIP to the loved ones, I miss your face. I don’t move by greed, I just move by grace. If the love ain’t real, get out of my face. And the truth is the truth, I got so much to say. No matter what happens, I’mma hold my weight! Like a soldier…”
