It would have made sense if there were only one problem. But here we’re talking about a plane load of troubles! Nevertheless, the young king of boxing seems completely unperturbed by all the headaches he has in life. Playing lire while Rome burns? Not sure about that, but Ryan Garcia seems to have discovered a passion for guns and music. The now-suspended boxer shared a few snaps of himself at a shooting range and a few showing him trying his hand at music recording.
The post seems to have gone viral. Among the multitudes of reactions, a surprising message came from Milan Tyson, Mike Tyson‘s daughter. The young boxer had defeated Devin Haney on April 20. However, problems followed when reports emerged that he had failed to clear drug tests for the fight. After a month-long, suspense-filled period, the New York State Athletic Commission handed over a suspension that will last at least for a year. Additionally, he has to pay financial penalties to multiple stakeholders.

Through an Instagram post, ‘KingRy’ revealed his new-found pursuits. Reminding everyone of his current out-of-the-ring status, he said, “I just shoot and make music. Oh yeah, and punch people, but currently I can’t 🥊. So I picked up a few hobbies.” The post shows a few slides featuring Ryan Garcia. The first few display him carrying guns at what should be a firing range. One of the fans stated, “That boy gotta p-90, a grey pistol, and a bluepump.” However, it’s difficult to confirm the veracity of such claims.

The subsequent slides show ‘KingRy’ at a music studio. He is standing in front of a microphone, and then he could be seen trying his hand at a piano as well. Now, Garcia’s love for music is a fairly known thing. Who can forget his song during the one-on-one with Devin Haney fight? Though it’s unclear how skilled he is, there’s a video of him on YouTube where he’s playing the piano with his father, Henry Garcia, and then trainer Joe Goossen joining him.
Among the scores of reactions, perhaps the most eye-catching response came from none other than Milan Tyson. First she wrote, “ICONNN.” Later, tagging the internet personality Bo Loudon, she said, “@boloudon fav person everrrrr posted!!” The 17-year-old content video creator replied back, “@milantyson, haha, our boy.”
Fans might remember that through his social media handles, Bo Loudon shared a few photos of himself and Ryan Garcia when they were at the Mar-a-Lago residence of the former President, Donald Trump.

The young boxer seems to have run into umpteen setbacks since the Haney clash. Aside from the suspension and the monetary forfeiture, he faces the possibility of a lawsuit from ‘The Dream’. Then the beef with Caleb Plant seems to have taken a different route, with the former super middleweight champion’s wife reportedly filing a lawsuit against Garcia over some unsavory comments.

While the fans should feel happy to see their icon finding interests outside of the ring to keep himself busy, nonetheless, they and the sport in general undoubtedly miss the magnetic charisma of the young, dynamic, but troubled boxer, who has time and again proven himself one of boxing’s biggest draws for some time.
