Ryan Garcia, one of the top-rated active lightweights, missed out on all the action in 2021 after beating Luke Campbell for the WBC Interim strap. He was supposed to head towards the best matchups at 135 lbs, especially for a world championship shot. However, things didn’t work out well for the youngster, as he got sidelined due to an arm injury and mental health issues.
While it’s 2022 now, ‘KingRy’ appears to have regained his good spirits and has vowed to return to action shortly. After teasing a potential return date in April, Ryan Garcia impressed a lot of his followers by flexing hand speed in a training drill.
