So, Jake Paul and Mike Perry are gearing up to go head-to-head at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. And guess what? Ryan Garcia just dropped his predictions for the fight, albeit a little late to the party. Now, this has got a bunch of Paul fans scratching their heads, wondering what’s gonna happen tonight.

Heading into the big showdown, Paul is the clear favorite at -425 according to DraftKings Sportsbook, while Perry is the underdog at +300. That pretty much sums up how everyone’s feeling about the fight right now. But Ryan Garcia? He’s not buying into the hype. He’s out there saying Paul’s in for a rough night ahead.

The Victorville native has had a weird relationship with Logan Paul, having criticized the influencer for his sports energy drink Prime on social media on several occasions, and got sued for it. However, he has previously suggested that he is cool with Jake Paul for the most part. Spoiler alert: That might change today!

Just a few hours ago, the 25-year-old puncher tweeted, “Jake Paul will lose tonight. Confirmed. Just got word,” hinting that the fight might be fixed. Jake Paul’s no stranger to this kind of skepticism ever since he jumped into the influencer boxing scene. But the real question is, what are the fans making of his prediction?

Fans back Jake Paul to win

Garcia has a way of creating controversies at this point, so it didn’t take long for people to flock to the tweet to express their thoughts. One user questioned Garcia whether he had seen the script for the fight. However, it’s worth mentioning that all of Garcia’s fights are legit and his wins are his own.

What’s your perspective on:

Ryan Garcia's prediction—Is Jake Paul really ready for Mike Perry, or is he in over his head?

Have an interesting take?

Another user suggested that there’s no way Jake Paul would lose the fight because the fight is fixed for him to win as he paid Perry to take a dive. But again, there’s no evidence proving there’s any malpractice whatsoever.

Someone else probed Garcia about his sources for the information, which never got a response from Garcia. The Victorville native has been trolling people online for quite a while, so the tweet could be one such example.

The next user shared a lighthearted joke, asking whether he should put their house on the line for the fight. If the user really goes through with it and Paul losses, the user could make a huge chink of cash from it because of the odds.

One user expressed their confidence in Paul by disagreeing with Garcia and suggesting Paul will get the win. Having defeated the likes of Tyron Woodley, Nate Diaz and others, much of the community feels the same way.
