The Mirror reported the details of Joshua’s latest investment in houses over the last year. They reported he spent a total of £7.5 million on over a dozen properties. Moreover, they claimed all the investments came in the past year.

The report revealed that Joshua’s promotional company 258 Management filed documents to the authorities, which confirmed the champion’s investments.

This included a £1 million London house, while 3 houses in his hometown of Watford accumulate to a total value of £1.5 million. 

These figures showed the Englishman’s maturity with his riches. Rather than spending the money, he chose to invest it in real estate. Thus, showing that he is working towards his long-term welfare rather than a short-term luxury.

Anthony Joshua could add more properties in 2021

The champion clearly has several properties in his name. However, ‘AJ’ could add more houses to his name in 2021. Especially if things go to plan with the Tyson Fury fight, which looks like it will happen in June.

The 2-time heavyweight champion will reportedly earn over $100 million for the fight against Fury. Thus, going by his previous investments, it is clear that Joshua will utilize his earnings well and build on his net worth.

His shrewd decisions with his finances have led to an increase in his net worth by over £60 million over the past year. This is primarily thanks to the fights against Andy Ruiz Jr.
