A couple of days back, a piece of news broke out regarding Anthony Joshua that he is willing to step aside for the Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk clash. The entire fight fraternity followed this matter until Joshua himself came up with a video clarifying that he isn’t stepping aside by any means.
The entire controversy popped up with Gareth Davies covering a story on this incident first. That said, Joshua came up with a scathing response to the entire scenario and now Davies has fired back at the ex-heavyweight champ.
Speaking on talkSPORT boxing, he said, “He said I haven’t seen the contract, he said I haven’t signed it. But not once in that response, that video response did he say, I am definitely fighting Oleksandr Usyk next and I’m definitely exercising the rematch clause. He didn’t say it nor, indeed, has he announced his training team.”
