In light of Ngannou vs. ‘The Gypsy King,’ in a recent interview with Seconds Out, John Fury recently expressed he would like to fight Ngannou’s trainer Mike Tyson on the undercard of Ngannou vs. Fury. Given the fact that he has been knocked out before, John announced he did not fear facing ‘Kid Dynamite’ in a boxing match. Likewise, branding himself a “fighting man,” John stated it would “excite” him to fight “the great Mike Tyson“.

In this context, John Fury requested “the people in Saudi Arabia” to make the bout happen. In addition, since he would be “risking my life,” the father of the 59-year-old asked to be paid well. After Mike Tyson barely paid heed to John, the father of ‘The Gypsy King’ recently challenged Logan Paul’s father, Greg Paul. Here’s what happened.

On the undercard of KSI vs. Tommy Fury, Logan Paul would face Dillon Danis. Likewise, both John and Greg have been a part of the event from the beginning. However, at the open workout, after KSI spat on his opponent Tommy Fury, John Fury almost ran into a fight with Greg Paul. As a friendly Greg Paul approached John Fury to shake the latter’s hands, the 59-year-old angrily pushed the former. Then, staring at him, in an audible voice, he said, “Hello, Greg Paul, you think you can beat me?” To which, Greg Paul said, “C’mon, John. Let’s go“. Luckily, the guards separated the two in time. However, after a boxing-related account shared the brief clip on X, several fans reacted to it.

Excited, one said, “Put this in the co-main event“.

In a similar tone, one asked the organizers to “make this fight happen“.

According to one fan,  John Fury, who wants Tyson to fight Jon Jones next, “loves to act crazy to get more eyes on the fight”. In their opinion, John definitely shook Greg’s hands once the cameras left.
