One of the leading Boxing magazines published in Great Britain, Boxing News, ranked Lennox The Lion Lewis behind Muhammad Ali and Joe Lewis as the third-greatest Heavyweight boxer in history. However, unlike many former and current champions, Lewis has kept himself from the limelight.

Now living a quiet life with his wife, Violet Chang, and three children in Miami Beach, The Lion, keeps himself busy with the chessboard. The seventh Olympic gold medalist to hold boxing’s Heavyweight title is active on social media platforms, though. Recently he shared a short video clip of a youngster whose boxing skills grabbed headlines a couple of years ago. It’s a different matter, though, that the boxing prodigy’s antics could have gone down better with many viewers.

Her father and trainer posted a video of Evnika Saadvakaas boxing on YouTube a few years ago. After that, the five-year-old quickly became an internet phenomenon. More than 3 million people have viewed the video ever since.

In the recent clip, a much bigger and stronger Evnika smashes a big hole through the door with her punches. Later, in place of the standard bag, she uses tree trunks to enhance her strength and punching power. Halfway through, she practices with her father, Rustam Saadvakaas, a professional boxing trainer. The subsequent montage displays her indoor as well as outdoor skills.

Diehard supporters have doubts about Evnika’s training methods

However, unlike the last instance when she wowed the world, fans had a few riveting queries, some of which pulled apart the dichotomy of her training regimen.

The first respondent managed to pull out the legendary Bruce Lee dialogue from Enter the Dragon!

A caustic fan questioned the material used for making the door.

Bit more cautious, a viewer highlighted the risks of hitting tree trunks with bare knuckles.

While one viewer couldn’t help but highlight the naked truth – it is always easy to shoot punches without an opponent. Concurring with him another pulled in Evnika’s father instead, and lamented how he might be pushing her to extremes.

The most experienced among the lot had nothing but pity for the youngster as he believed parents usually exploit their children for financial gain during such cases.

Using humor as a weapon, one participant decried using her skills to bring down drywall at his place. However, he closed his comments with a note of appreciation.

No doubt, Evnika has lightning-fast reflexes and hands. According to her father, “…Evnika is very confident in the stand up and her striking looks much harder than it used to be. She looks much more concentrated now and it’s clear that boxing for her is not something to please her dad but something she really loves.”
