Canelo Alvarez shares a great bond with Eddie Hearn and the latter has staged the Mexican boxer’s last few fights in a mammoth way. That said, the P4P star is highly impressed with the Matchroom boss’ work and he is keen to retain him for his next fights ahead.

Earlier, the deal between Hearn and Alvarez was set for two fights, which concluded on the Alvarez vs Saunders event. But for now, the pair have given no news or statements regarding their parting of ways.

That said, this partnership might fetch a long pathway and the fans might get to see Hearn rolling out more such shows for the Guadalajara boxer.

But, recently, Alvarez‘s ex-promoter and one of the most debatable combat sports personalities, Oscar De La Hoya shared the Matchroom boss’ old comments on Alvarez. Taking it to his Twitter handle, De La Hoya shared Hearn‘s comments from a 3-year-old interview which he gave to Seconds out.

In this interview, Hearn stated, “Canelo Alvarez will Always be known as a cheater!” 

Alvarez and De La Hoya parted ways a few years back on a dreadful note. And ever since then, they’ve never spared a chance to mock each other. With that, ‘Golden Boy’ took an abrupt chance to bring some of Hearn’s comments to Alvarez’s notice.

For now, there hasn’t been any response from Canelo or his team regarding this entire scenario. But the further proceedings in this feud might take place soon.

Will the above-mentioned post hamper Canelo Alvarez and Eddie Hearn’s relationship?

Canelo and Hearn are at the peak of their colossal bond. Both of them have their priorities straight and that’s why their relationship has blossomed with time.

Moreover, they’re the best fighter-promoter duo in boxing at present, and together they have their vision set on the future. That said, looking at their current momentum, it’s safe to admit that the above-mentioned post and De La Hoya’s comments won’t deteriorate their bond.
