It wasn’t just David Benavidez or Jermall Charlo who made the headlines on November 25 for their performance. Katie Taylor also exacted revenge for a prior loss! The Irishwomen took on Chantelle Cameron in a rematch fight and came out victorious, becoming the undisputed champion in two weight divisions. So, to congratulate the ‘Bray Bomber’, Oscar De La Hoya sent out a message.
Chantelle Cameron was an undefeated boxer going into the fight, but Taylor did not let that last. However, the Irish powerhouse has since suggested that she is open to a third fight with Cameron to settle, once and for all, who the better fighter is. After the win, many boxing stars came forward to congratulate Taylor on the historic win. One among them was Oscar De La Hoya.
