Shakur Stevenson, the WBO featherweight world champion, recently shared his thoughts on the highly anticipated boxing match between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia. Stevenson did not mince his words when asked about Garcia’s performance.

Stevenson stated that he believed Davis looked sharp and boxed really well. He was impressed with Davis’s ability to pick up on Garcia’s repetitive left hook and exploit it. However, Stevenson was not impressed with Garcia’s performance and did not think he was on the same level as Davis. He commented that Garcia was not aware of his distance and kept looking for one left hook throughout the fight, which made him predictable and easy for Davis to counter.
