The rivalry between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis still isn’t seeing its end even after the two are done with their fight in the ring. The fight was highly anticipated. And much of the credit goes to Danis for publicizing the fight so much. He made things personal by attacking Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal. Moreover, he even ended up getting sued by the Dutch model due to him sharing some inappropriate pictures of her on social media.

Prior to the fight, the YouTuber-turned-boxer had even agreed to have an MMA rematch against the Bellator fighter if he shows up to the fight. However, it appears now that ‘The Maverick’ no longer desires to step in the octagon against Danis.

YouTuber turned MMA fighter Logan Paul has explained his decision to backtrack on his promise of an MMA rematch with Dillon Danis. Although Paul emerged victorious in the boxing ring, he has chosen not to honor the agreed MMA rematch, citing Danis’ failure to fulfill a condition. On his podcast, Impaulsive, Paul clarified his stance, stating, “No, and you know why? I said I would if he gave me his whole purse, which is not gonna happen obviously… Bro, he doesn’t deserve the platform.” Paul went on to express his dissatisfaction with Danis’ behavior leading up to the fight.

Paul stated that Danis had trolled for months and had attempted to “ruin someone’s life” before delivering a subpar performance in the ring. He questioned Danis’ integrity, saying, “Back up your words. Are you a man? You can’t talk that much s**t for three months. You can’t try to ruin someone’s life and then come in there with that kind of performance.” Danis is currently appealing his loss to Paul, which was a result of disqualification due to repeated attempts to use illegal MMA moves in a boxing match.

Dillon Danis discloses over a million from his fight against the YouTuber

Dillon Danis recently opened up about his earnings from the Logan Paul boxing match during an interview with Piers Morgan Uncensored. Morgan probed Danis about the promise he made to Logan Paul, indicating that he would hand over his entire fight purse if he lost the match. In response, Morgan presented a substantial check, indirectly inquiring about the amount involved. Danis confirmed that the amount would be “Over a million dollars,” specifying that it was in USD.
