After prior failed attempts, the social media star Jake Paul and Tommy Fury have finally agreed to make the massive event happens on February 25. The fight is set to take place in Saudi Arabia. But it is hard to believe that they will actually go head-to-head because of the past. Paul himself doubts whether his longtime rival will match his expectations because earlier, when they agreed to meet in August 2022, Fury opted out at the last moment.
First, he agreed to make the fight happen despite his family’s will, but as the date came closer he stated that the USA is not granting him a Visa.
Hence, Paul is taking all precautions before the fight so that the Love Island actor will not make further excuses for pulling away from the fight.

To make it more clear, ‘The Problem Child’ took to Twitter and wrote, “Tommy has no excuses now…Baby’s born. Money’s massive. Immigration no issue. Tyson promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can’t beat the YouTuber. Tmw I’m coming to London to look at all 3 Fury’s in the eye & shake on that promise.”

Now, when the event is official and everything is sorted, Fury could not show his back, at the risk of facing further embarrassment.
Why doesn’t Jake Paul trust Tommy Fury?
Despite the event having been made official, the Ohio-based native did not trust his opponent. Of Course, why he would do that? Fury has pulled out several times.
The first time, when they agreed to fight in December 2021, Fury pulled out of the event due to a chest infection and a broken rib. Then, to save the scheduled date and venue, Paul went on to fight the former UFC champion, Tyron Woodley.

The second time at Madison Square Garden, the man withdrew, saying the USA is not permitting him to enter. At that time Paul fought another UFC legend, Anderson Silva.
This time, the 6-0 YouTuber turned boxer did not want to repeat the same.
