Rasheda Ali has come to the defense of Bob Arum. Arum and his promotional company Top Rank are on the receiving end of a controversial lawsuit. Amidst all these allegations, Muhammad Ali’s daughter penned an emotional message in support of Bob Arum. Bob Arum is currently one of the biggest boxing promoters in the world.
Arum has been a part of the Ali family for more than 55 years. Arum got into boxing only because of Muhammad Ali and began promoting Ali. He is also currently promoting Ali’s grandson, Nico Ali Walsh. So amidst all the allegations against Arum, Rasheda Ali made it very clear on whose side she was on.

Arum stood by Muhammad Ali’s side when the boxer refused to join the U.S. Army and the entire world was against him. Arum never lost faith and is a big part of Ali’s success both inside as well as outside the ring. Even now, with Ali’s grandson under his wing, Arum will surely look out for his best interests.

Terence Crawford files a controversial lawsuit against Bob Arum

Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford left the TopRank umbrella in November last year publicly. During a press conference following his fight against Shawn Porter, Crawford famously announced his split from Arum and TopRank. Originally, Crawford stated he was leaving TopRank because they were not able to deliver him his dream bout against Errol Spence Jr.
However, a few days back, ‘Bud’ filed a lawsuit against his former promotional company, TopRank, and chairman Bob Arum. Crawford is seeking damages in excess of $5.4 million.
