For the same, she took to Instagram to promote her new, “14-Day Spring Group Cleanse” which she would personally monitor by coaching the participants to reach their fitness goals. In her Instagram Story, she revealed that the fitness programme will commence on 22nd May of this year.
As per her website, lailaali.com, the programme will last for 14 days and the goal is to lose up to 14lbs by the end of the programme. It stated, “Let’s boost our health, lose up to 14 pounds, and be ready for summer together!”. Ali has more than a million followers on Instagram, and her reach to her fans would play a massive role in getting a colossal amount of enrolments. Not to mention, the fact that she would be involved in the programme herself would incentivise many individuals.

Nutrition is a big aspect of not just an athlete’s life but anyone who endeavours healthy living. Ali has been a professional athlete herself and hails from a boxing family. As per Bonappetit, the daughter of the legendary boxer revealed what her diet looked like alongside her training set-up when she was competing.
She stated, “I ate vegetables, salads, and foods that were full of water. And then the day of the fight, sometimes you would get a workout in, and go sit in the sauna, but you definitely wouldn’t be drinking anything. You would kinda really be dehydrated. So, that’s not healthy, right?”
