WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury doesn’t have the best physical frame in his division. The 6’9” undefeated titlist weighed 277 lbs in his latest in-ring appearance against Deontay Wilder in October. Meanwhile, he weighed almost 400 lbs back during his days of inactivity. That said, the heavyweight kingpin now seems interested in losing some of his body fat.
Despite training his whole life and being one of the most flexible heavyweights of today’s time, Tyson Fury carries a lot of body fat. He recently met Hafthor Bjornson and grasped some knowledge of how to lose that fat. Once the world’s Strongest Man, Bjornson also has a gigantic physique but without any fat.
When Tyson Fury asked him to advise on how to shed fat, the actor said, “Diet. It’s 90% diet. Right now no weights, strength conditioning, lot of cardio.”

“I would say the diet is probably hindering your body. That’s everything.”
Tyson Fury admitted to having a lot of junk food, and that’s when Hafthor Bjornson advised him to put a check on his diet. Well, the Game of Thrones actor can also benefit a lot from Fury. Hafthor Bjornson is reportedly training to fight Eddie Hall in 2022 in an entertainment boxing clash. In that case, Fury can offer him some valuable tips on how to pinpoint his rival.
‘Mountain’ posted pictures of him with Tyson Fury and hailed the undefeated boxer. He also clarified about a potential training with Fury in the future. And this has already sent the fan into a frenzy. But will it affect Tyson Fury’s comeback plans to the ring?

Following a career-defining win against Deontay Wilder, Fury shall enjoy a long layoff. Hence, he is doing a lot of outer-ring activities. The Brit was training his brother Tommy Fury for a fight against Jake Paul, which dissolved after ‘TNT’ contracted injuries in his camp. Tyson Fury was actively promoting the fight. While that bout is no longer relevant, Fury is still spinning the headlines.
His recent interaction with Hafthor Bjornson has grabbed massive attention. Meanwhile, we can soon hear a comeback plan from ‘The Gypsy King’. As the heavyweight division has several potential names to offer, it may take a long time before we see Fury in action again.
