In November of last year, Hasim Rahman Jr. became the talk of the town when he got defeated by former NFL player turned MMA fighter, Greg Hardy. In the bout, Rahman was out-powered and the size difference between the two was evident from the get-go. The fight ended via decision but in the second round, Rahman was knocked down and ultimately got handed a unanimous decision loss.

The loss hurt Rahman not just physically but also his stock in the sport. This was his second consecutive defeat after being undefeated for 12 fights. Meanwhile, recently, in a cryptic tweet, Rahman Jr. surprisingly called himself out for being defeated by Hardy. Fans were confused and cut no corners in trolling him.

It is ubiquitous to witness a boxer calling himself out. However, Rahman attempted to change the norm by publicly insulting and demanding to fight himself. In a Tweet made by him, the boxer stated, Stop hiding @_HasimRahmanJr let’s make it happen! Whatever weight you want. Couldn’t beat Greg Hardy, definitely can’t beat me! Set it up this man is easy work.”

While one does not know the motive behind his tweet, it is evident that the fans knew how to react. Here are a few fan reactions hilariously trolling Rahman over his cryptic tweet. A fan named Chance pointed out that the boxer has strangely called himself out. “Bro just called himself out,” he wrote.

One fan named Ibrahim responded to the tweet by making his prediction for this fight. He stated, “I got hasim Rahman jr beating hasim Rahman jr by knockout.”

Along similar lines, one fan trolled the Tweet and stated, “Don’t put yourself down like that, I’m sure you could beat yourself in a fight.”

Another fan named Devon Wells made his betting pick, He stated, “Would it be wise to bet on Hasim? I’m conflicted.”

Meanwhile, one fan was left confused and proposed a question, “Are you talking in third person?”
