Mike Tyson has always been supportive of Canelo Alvarez. In fact, after the Mexican Phenom lost against Dmitry Bivol last year, ‘Kid Dynamite’ on social media explained how Alvarez could better himself the next time he fought Bivol. Anyway, not only the former Heavyweight champion of the world but also his son Miguel Tyson admires Canelo Alvarez. In his recent interview with ESNEWS, Miguel Tyson even predicted Alvarez’s fate against Bivol in their potential rematch.

Miguel Tyson, who is also a Mexican, has always thought Alvarez to be his favorite fighter in boxing. When the Mexican boxer lost against Bivol, Miguel was upset. However, with the prospect of a potential rematch between Bivol and Alvarez lingering in the air, Mike Tyson’s son is hopeful.

Miguel Tyson prefers to live a private life and has a passion for music. However, he watches boxing and the undisputed Super Middleweight champion inspires him. Thus, on being asked who his favorite fighter was, unhesitantly Miguel Tyson replied, “You already know it’s Canelo. He’s from the hometown.” In addition, Miguel feels it is obvious that Alvarez will avenge his loss against Bivol in boxing. Hence, when asked for a prediction, he announced, “We already know what’s gonna happen, Canelo all the way.“

Following his defeat against Bivol, Alvarez has fought ‘GGG’ in a trilogy fight and now looks forward to locking horns with John Ryder on May 6th. The boxing community believes there will be a rematch between Bivol and Alvarez soon. After Bivol successfully defended his light-heavyweight title against Canelo, the Russian expressed his desire to fight Alvarez in the latter’s weight category.
