Former three-time NBA slam dunk champion Nate Robinson will make his professional boxing debut against YouTuber Jake Paul in the undercard of Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. on November 28 in what promises to be an exciting matchup.
Ahead of the epic clash, both Jake Paul and Nate Robinson appeared for the press conference. While Jake Paul has already competed inside the boxing ring, the former NBA star will make his debut in a highly anticipated showdown against the Disney star.

The matchup has a lot of hype behind it. While Jake Paul has a following of his own, the YouTuber’s brother Logan Paul has also been picked on by Robinson in the lead-up to the match.
“I see his brother on the Disney channel. Him on Disney doing so much stuff, man! I follow Jake’s YouTube, of course,” Robinson said in the recently concluded press-conference ahead of Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. scheduled to take place inside Staples Center in California.
Initially scheduled to take place on September 12, Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. card was pushed to November 28 to capitalize the most out of the hugely anticipated showdown between the former champions.
NBA star Nate Robinson trashes the Paul Brothers
Jake Paul is coming off an incredible first-round KO win over fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib and will look to get another win to his name as he steps inside the ring in his second professional bout.
Robinson hit back at Jake Paul who was interrupting the NBA star, “Listen, he is already in it, interrupting the interview already. Very disrespectful, and for me, it’s just gonna be fun to see him on November 28.”
Jake Paul did not keep quiet as he targeted Robinson for starting the trash-talk. Both Paul and Robinson have had their fair share of back-and-forth on social media in the past few months.

“You are the ones who been saying Jake’s never fought a real athlete.” Jake Paul hit back at Robinson after the latter criticized Jake for taking on YouTubers inside the ring rather than “real athletes.”
“Am I lying? Have you? You haven’t. No, you haven’t. You and your brother only fight YouTubers, you are gonna fight a real athlete for the first time,” Nate said.

“I fight nobody, I will fight you, and I will beat your a**.” After multiple interruptions from Paul, Robinson ended the exchange by adding, “bring that same energy on November 28.”
The matchup has the audience’s interest. NBA fans and Jake Paul’s popularity has definitely made this bout the most exciting bouts this year.
