Weeks after unloading the flurry of punches on the Jetblue passenger, ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ shared the biggest lesson he learned.
In an episode of ‘Club Random with Bill Maher’, Tyson got emotional and said, “I learned something from my last experience with someone playing. I learned I don’t belong to too many people. I never know that my actions affect so many people they worry.”
Supporting Tyson, the American comedian said, “They [action] inspire people though, a lot of your actions have inspired people.”
To which Tyson replied, “I mean that’s the fact that people worry they see them sitting and they just worry.”
Before going deep into the conversation, the heavyweight legend ended by saying, “Just wanting to succeed and be happy. I want to keep myself to me.”
But many fans still ponder what really had gone wrong between Tyson and the passenger?
What actually happened between Mike Tyson and a passenger?
The youngest heavyweight champion ever was on a flight from San Francisco to Florida. While he was sitting quietly, an overly excited fan, who was sitting just behind Tyson, began talking to him.
Later, that passenger started harassing Tyson. The legend told him to chill, but he paid no heed to his words and kept on delivering the mess. He even threw a bottle at him. Eventually, the ‘Kid Dynamite’ lost his cool and unloaded his barrage of punches on the passenger, leaving him with a bloodied forehead.
A few minutes later, Tyson left the plane and the guy whom Tyson punched was given medical care.
What’s next for Tyson?
Tyson is keeping himself busy with new business ventures. Along with that, he also runs his podcast ‘Hotboxin with Mike Tyson’. However, recently, talking to Joe Rogan, he reflected on a probable clash with boxing sensation, Jake Paul.
