Mike Tyson was a true destroyer in the heavyweight roster of the old boxing era. With his uniqueness, his sublime power, and his ferocious ring IQ, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ became a fan favorite in no time. He was different from other boxers, and recently he opened up about another surprising anecdote from his time as a professional. ‘Iron Mike’ revealed that he fought without wearing socks in his boxing sneakers.
Tyson let his fans know about the hilarious reason behind the same on his fresh Hotboxin’ podcast. He said, “I used to think that was a style and didn’t know these poor motherf**ker didn’t have socks. I thought it was a style.”

Should Mike Tyson give a thought to returning to the sport professionally?
In his last exhibition against ‘Captain Hook’, ‘Iron’ Mike showcased a snippet of his old self. He kept tremendous composure until the last gong and landed considerable hits on his fellow contemporary.
However, the boxing world has drastically changed ever since Tyson hung up his gloves from the game. Citing the same, it might be problematic for the 54-year-old to push all his boundaries and fight someone professionally for 12-rounds. But, he can unquestionably keep competing in exhibitions, thus entertaining his fans.
