During his infamous days, Tyson?s former coach Jeff Fenech left training camp a week before his fight against Clifford Etienne as ?Iron? Mike decided to get a face tattoo. Fenech revealed he was upset with Mike as he was sure the tattoo wouldn?t heal come fight night. Tyson skipped training just to get the tattoo, resulting in Fenech abandoning the camp. Jeff claimed that Mike didn?t want to fight and he attempted to skip the fight.
?A week later he fought and knocked out Clifford in one round and I was upset. I was happy for Mike that he won, but I was also upset that I had trained him for eight weeks and I wasn?t a part of that win,
However, despite Fenech?s concern, Tyson proved once again he was unstoppable in the ring by knocking Etienne in one round.
