Mike Tyson trains at 56
‘Iron’ Mike took official retirement from the sport in 2005. However, he did not stop training his body. Recently, the youngest champion ever was filmed throwing a few heavy body shots in a sparing session with trainer Rafael Cordeiro.
Since he has been in storylines for his comeback against the likes of boxing sensation Jake Paul, this clip added more to this build-up. The former two-time heavyweight champion had made it to the ring in 2020 against former pound-for-pound Roy Jones Jr.
This event turned out to be a great success on pay-per-view.
