The music world’s own ‘Champagne Papi’ Drake is no stranger to stirring up a storm. He recently made some unsettling statements about rapper Megan Thee Stallion. And she was undeniably quick to refute his claims. While this controversy brews, it should be said that West Coast rap legend Warren G and heavyweight extraordinaire Mike Tyson once had a few choice words to say about Megan.

Drake recently treated fans to his latest album called ‘Her Loss’. Which was, in fact, a collaboration between 21 Savage and himself. A few of the songs, on the other hand, were quick to turn heads and raise questions.

It can be said that the song, Circo Loco, spoke about Megan’s issue with the singer Tory Lanez. Notably, Lanez had allegedly shot at Megan when she was walking away after an argument. And the song mentioned that she had lied about the same.

This, however, did not sit well with Megan. She took to social media to call out Drake for the song.

Megan warned him against using her name for clout. And that it is not cool to joke about women getting shot.

Mike Tyson and Warren G once spoke about Megan Thee Stallion

A month prior to this incident, Mike Tyson and Warren G had spoken about Megan Thee Stallion. She had performed her then-latest freestyle for the LA Lakers. And it should be mentioned that she glided over Warren G and Nate Dogg’s 1994 hit ‘Regulate’, in the freestyle.

The USD 6 million worth Warren G was a guest at the ‘Hotboxin with Mike Tyson’ hosted by Tyson himself. Moreover, DJ Whoo Kidd was present as a guest for the episode. This was when Tyson asked him about the song, “Everybody’s talking about Megan Thee Stallion. You’re hearing a lot about that too? Yeah, people talking. What do you think about that? People honoring you like that.”

Warren G responded by mentioning that she ‘killed’ the song. This was when DJ Whoo Kidd mentioned that it would have been good if the rapper had reworked one of Megan’s beats. Tyson also pitched in saying, “I’m sure he can do that too. We can do that right here. You can’t let her get away with that.”

DJ Whoo Kidd was, however, quick to share his thoughts about Megan’s take on the song mentioning that ‘she actually murdered it’.
