Even though most of the boxing world continues to diss Jake Paul, heavyweight icon Mike Tyson has nothing but praise for him. Tyson doesn’t consider Jake Paul as a mere YouTube star and has hailed the boxing abilities that saw ‘The Problem Child’ knockout Nate Robinson on the undercard of Tyson vs Jones Jr.

In his recent interaction with Brendan Schaub, ‘Iron’ Mike revealed how different Jake Paul is and showered some valuable appraisals over the Internet celebrity. Unlike most boxing analysts, Tyson does not doubt Jake Pauls’s boxing stance.

He said, “No, there’s no f*** doubt. Who is the one that knocked out Nate (Robinson)? He has got some s***. Not it may sound wrong but it’s good s***. It’s bad s*** but it’s good s***. You know what I mean. It’s a good s*** but it a dark s***.”

Mike Tyson has applauded Jake Paul umpteen times in the past and has billed his boxing move as a blessing to the sport. Although several pugilists likely Canelo Alvarez has denounced it, Tyson comfortably takes a different path.

Being a popular figure, Jake Paul can garner global attention with his fights, which subsequently benefitted the Tyson vs Jones Jr. event. So, Mike Tyson may never curse ‘The Problem Child’ for stepping inside the squared circle.

Jake Paul and the boxing world

Boasting 2 KO wins in his professional ride, Paul now wants to fight real fighters ahead. He is willing to test himself against martial artists in boxing clashes and has already called out a bunch of UFC stars.

Although he is nowhere close to being an elite pugilist, Jake Paul has still sent a shock wave through the whole combat community. In the coming days, he can actually bag some big fights to bless himself with lucrative paychecks and advance both the sport of boxing and his career.
