Mike Tyson and Lil Kim’s Viral Moment Resurfaces; Nostalgic Fans “Still Don’t Question All That Crazy A** S**t He Used to Say”

Mike Tyson is one of the most feared boxers of all time, which resulted in him saying some of the wildest things publicly. However, it’s something Tyson said during the Source Awards 1999 that has fans drowning in nostalgia.

In a recent pinch, The Source shared an old clip of Mike Tyson and Lil Kim from the award ceremony. By the looks of the video, Tyson was presenting an award during the event! However, a particular conversation between Tyson and Lil Kim seems to have caught everyone’s attention. Here’s what happened!

The Source shared the clip with the caption reading, “Mike Tyson wanted to let LiL Kim know he was more than ready for her!” Meanwhile, in the clip, Tyson can be seen on the stage with a few people around him, including Lil Kim. As Tyson was about to read the name out of his envelope, Lil Kim said, “Boy, you lookin good. I think I am ready for you now.”

In response, Tyson said, “Ready to knock Kim out.” It was a flirtatious moment Kim and Tyson shared, leaving the audience howling.

However, nearly 25 years after when the clip made its way to Instagram, fans were left looking back to the good old days. 

Fan claims Tyson was the only boxer who could state his mind 

Since the clip went live, many fans commented on the post. While some spoke about Tyson’s past, others praised Tyson for his ability to speak his mind. One user highlighted Mike Tyson was something else back in the ’90s. The user wrote, “Mike was a different breed in the 90s, a true Alpha.”

Another user suggested that Mike Tyson could say anything he wanted, but no one would bat an eye because of the persona he had crafted around himself. The user wrote, “Only person who was ever able to say anything he wanted and nobody ever dared lmao.”

Meanwhile, this user suggested when Mike said he was ready to knock Kim out, he meant it literally. “He meant with an uppercut, lol,” commented the user. 

Someone else complimented Tyson for his bold personality by writing, “Tyson a Savage inside and outside the ring.”

One user highlighted the comments Tyson used to make in his press conferences about his opponents. The user claimed that nobody addresses those comments to this day. “We still don’t question all that crazy a** s**t he used to say at them press conferences lol,” wrote the user.

Even though decades have passed since Mike Tyson dominated the ring, his fans are still reminiscing about the days Tyson used to rule the ring.
