The high-profile trilogy between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury is finally set for July 24th. In this fight, Wilder will look to settle the unfinished business with the Brit. On the other side, ‘The Gypsy King’ would like to terrify ‘The Bronze Bomber’ once again to establish his supremacy in the big men’s division.

That said, the hype behind this contest is real and everyone is keen to see what’ll happen in this third tussle between the duo.

Recently, Mike Tyson on his Hotboxin podcast discussed this fight with Andy Ruiz Jr. and Henry Cejudo. He took a dig at Wilder and Fury by saying, “You see Deontay and Tyson Fury, they’re making that loop, man. They’re making that money.”

Later, the ‘Destroyer’ asked Tyson about who he sees winning this much-anticipated trilogy. ‘Iron’ Mike said, “No way, you know, Deontay Wilder have nothing to be sad about… I just think Tyson Fury has his number.”

Earlier, Fury was in contention to face Anthony Joshua in a prolific undisputed title fight. However, the Alabama native, who had a powerful urge to settle his scores with Fury, took the legal route to align himself for a fight.

‘The Gypsy King’ didn’t let this entire anecdote hamper him by any means. In fact, he’s now eager to batter Wilder and end things for good.

Fury and Wilder last fought in 2020, wherein the British boxer gave ‘The Bronze Bomber’ his first career loss. Ever since that fight, Wilder has only stayed firm on booking a trilogy, and now, he’s finally in for the same.
