Mike Tyson, 55, Moves On From Million Dollar Jake Paul Fight Over Training Issues

The former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is a big picture guy. Though he has retired from this sport, his comeback in an exhibition bout against legendary stalwart Roy Jones Jr was a highly lucrative showdown.

Since then, there is a hype for an exhibition bout between ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ and the YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul. However, boxing speculators were expecting this high-profile showdown to take place in 2021, but ‘Iron’ Mike has turned down all such speculations.

Tyson appeared on Nelk Boys’ ‘Full Send’ podcast along with UFC President Dana White.

During a conversation on the podcast, ‘Iron Mike’ said, “I am losing muscle mass. It’s always something different and I don’t know. Guys want to fight me for $100 million. I don’t think I’ll ever do stuff like that anymore. I want to do it the first time just for fun. And then some people took it into another level and made it financial. And then fun went out of it.”

Talking to Sun, a source close to ‘Kid Dynamite’ told that ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ has turned into an old fella. And it’s very hard for a 55-year-old guy to resume the training, where he can match a young guy of 25 years. He said, “Mike did not want to resume full-scale training to a level that the world would expect unless he thought the money was right.”

However, a mogul inside ‘Iron’ Mike is igniting his business ventures.

Jake Paul on fighting with Mike Tyson

Jake Paul has denied all speculations that were involving million dollar exhibition bout negotiation between him and the Mike Tyson.

During an interview with The MMA Hour, Jake Paul said, “It’s not real. I would fight him, though, but there were never any discussions about that.” Further, he stated that the legendary stalwart is his friend, and it’s weird to fight him, but he expects that someday. If everything goes well, he will exchange leather with Tyson.
