Just a few weeks have passed since the fateful night of the MF&DAZN-10 main card event, and Tommy Fury has voiced his opinion again over the controversial unanimous decision victory after KSI went on the record to reveal that he felt robbed. The highly anticipated match was rather disappointing for spectators, with the two pugilists clinching for the most part of the bout. However, while the match was first declared a majority decision victory, it turns out there was a mathematical error with the points calculation, and Fury was declared a victor through unanimous decision.  

 Despite the controversy surrounding the match, Tommy Fury remained confident that he did enough to secure the win. He has now expressed his interest in fighting Jake Paul.

Tommy Fury calls Jake Paul his “Dance Partner”

In a fierce battle that saw both fighters pushed to their limits, Fury found himself running out of tactics to finish his opponent. He savored victory, but doubts cast a shadow over his triumph. “It’s a lot of sh*t, he lost fair and square,” Fury asserted, addressing the ongoing debate about the match’s outcome. With conviction, Fury dissected the fight, highlighting KSI’s tactics and his own unyielding commitment to the sport. they already changed it to unanimous in my favor. So good appeal, mate”. 

If you recall, after the unanimous verdict, KSI threw a fit, kicking the TV screens, and calling for an appeal. The KSI camp also called the decision a “robbery.”

However, it seems like Tommy Fury has changed his opinion about fighting influencer boxers quite quickly.

After Tommy Fury’s win against KSI, Jake Paul, publicly challenged Tommy Fury to a rematch after their first fight ended in a split decision. He enlisted the support of boxing legend Mike Tyson, raising curiosity among fans and critics. Paul’s call for a rematch has shifted the spotlight to Fury. This left the boxing community eagerly awaiting Fury’s response and questioning his willingness for a second showdown with the YouTube star.

However, Tommy Fury expressed his desire to move away from crossover events and focus on more meaningful fights. This comes almost eight months after their previous clash in Saudi Arabia. Despite his victory over KSI, Fury faced inquiries about engaging in more profitable fights against YouTubers and social media personalities rather than seasoned professionals. Inside the ring, following his fight with KSI, he firmly stated, “A lot went on in the build-up. I’m done with this crossover s***.”
