The pair tied the knot back in 2009 and have been together for over a decade. Moreover, this prompted journalist Piers Morgan to ask Tyson about the true meaning of love in a recent interview. However, Iron Mike had a perfect response for this as he gave a hilarious two-worded reply to the question. He stated that the secret to true love was “bad memory”.
It is safe to say that this reply came from personal experience, as Tyson might have figured out the answer to this age-old question. Moreover, given the longevity of his current relationship, Iron Mike could also have applied this to his own personal life.
Mike Tyson reveals that his wife feeds him sometimes
Tyson seemingly has an unusual way of showing his love and affection toward his wife. In an episode of his podcast Hotboxin, the former heavyweight champ revealed that he made his wife feed him when he wanted to feel closer to his wife. He also stated that this would make all her friends’ husbands jealous.
“All her friends’ husbands are jealous. Just when I want to be closer to her, I say, you know, you feed me.” said Tyson. However, he added that this made his kids think that they were ‘stupid’ for acting in such a childish way. “My kids think my wife and I are so stupid. ‘Let me feed [you] now. He’s a grown man,‘ he added.

Tyson believes that his kids didn’t understand the nuances of love and claimed that they would only realize it once they were more mature. “Understand, we love each other. Wait till they fall in love one day, then they [will] understand. They just don’t believe that she should be feeding me and bringing me food.” He said. Although unusual, this might be a personal way of Iron Mike and his wife showing their affection for one another.
