On the 10th of June, the current IBf flyweight champion of the world, Sunny Edwards would defend his title against Andres Campos at the Wembley Arena, Wembley. Both the boxers are undefeated, and while Sunny Edwards would enter the ring with a record of 19-0-0,  Andres Campos would arrive with a record of 15-0-0. In addition, while promoter Eddie Hearn spotted “special talent” in Sunny Edwards, the British boxer declared he would “make the muppet [Andre Campos] look silly” inside the ring.

At the final press conference, Eddie Hearn even branded Sunny Edwards as a “fantastic fighter.” Additionally, he promised the audience that they would witness one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in Edwards as he defends his belt this Saturday. At the final press conference, Eddie Hearn stated that Campos had been desiring this fight “for a long time.” While Hearn called Sunny Edwards a “fantastic fighter,” he simultaneously reminded everyone that Campos could very well become “Chile’s first world champion on Saturday.” In this connection, Eddie Hearn even called Campos a “young hungry challenger.” After Matchroom Boxing tweeted the brief clip of Sunny Edwards. facing off with Andres Campos, a number of fans reacted to it. According to one user, “Sunny Edwards looks like he’s homeless,” commenting on his weight cut.

In a similar tone, one said, “Sunny looks like he hasn’t eaten in months.”

One user simply wrote, “Sunny could peel an apple through a letter box with those teeth.

Meanwhile, a fan displayed his faith in Edwards. Quite synonymous with the views of Eddie Hearn, they felt Edwards would successfully defend his title against Campos this Saturday. Likewise, they added, “And still.”

Ahead of his bout with Campos, Edwards recently bantered with former boxer Bradley Watson and reminded the same about his past failure.
