Despite losing against Roman Reigns, Logan Paul’s wrestling is winning rave appreciation. His overall performance justifies the decision to switch over to another combat sport. He is yet to burn all the bridges back to boxing, though.

For all its high tempo, the final fight with Reigns ended with Maverick regrettably injuring his right knee. With no clue about returning, his schedule for the early months of next year remains in the doldrums.
His brother Jake Paul has started giving impressions on being serious about boxing. Having won all the bouts since his professional debut, the junior Paul has faced allegations of pick and choose. Even the latest win against the forty-seven years old, former UFC champion Anderson Silva is yet to receive the approval of all boxing lovers.
Celebrity boxing has a broader acceptance as we witness it today. Every other day, gossip, news, information on deals, and negotiations on new combinations, by and large, picked up from online bones of contention, make headlines. Conor McGregor‘s training partner Dillon Danis is the latest to join the razzmatazz. Recently, he confirmed that an upcoming fight with Logan Paul would come a cropper because of the latter’s injury.
Dillon Danis versus Logan Paul I
As the clouds of euphoria and innuendos settled, Dillon’s name first appeared when Logan’s former foe and now a partner in Prime Hydration, KSI, mentioned them facing off in January of next year. The black belt in jiu-jitsu, and Logan Paul hadn’t denied it either.

Dillon was recently in the news for picking up a brawl with former UFC fighter Nate Diaz. His MMA record stands at two wins against nil losses. It must be highlighted that since 2019, ‘El Jefe’ hasn’t fought anyone.
Logan Paul, in comparison after the non-scoring exhibition against Floyd Mayweather, left for WWE.
While speaking to Sam Davis, aka True Geordie, Logan confirmed he meant business when it came to Dillon, “I’m going to piece up Dillon Danis. Everyone would love that, that dude is the gum that sticks to the bottom of your shoe when you walk down the street, that dude sucks.”

“I’m going to shut his a—up. He’ll talk about getting in the ring with me, he’ll do his talking online that will get a little attention, but the moment you sign that contract, the moment that you’re in the ring across from me, the story’s going to change a little bit.”

Unlike Jake Paul’s ventures, the fight between Danis and Logan appears to be an even match. On paper, Logan’s sheer physicality appears domineering among the two. However, an unabbreviated exposure to professional boxing compensates for any advantage either may possess.
