Despite all their hard work, Logan Paul and Conor McGregor couldn’t beat Floyd Mayweather in their respective shots at the five-division champion in 2021 and 2017, respectively. While McGregor lost via TKO in 2017, Logan Paul departed with a draw in an eight-round exhibition last month. Going till the final bell, Paul is the only person to have denied Mayweather a win since 1996.

However, ‘The Maverick’ has vowed to vanquish Mayweather if they ever lock horns again. Now, this might sound familiar to several fight fans, as Conor McGregor claimed something similar after losing to ‘Money’. Although Paul and McGregor don’t seem to share a mutual bond, Logan Paul and ‘The Notorious’ shared similar ideas.

Speaking with TMZ, the YouTuber turned prizefighter said, “Let me tell you something, if I fight Floyd again, I promise I’ll knock him out. Promise.”

“I got it figured out. I got it. End of the 8th round, he’s breathing heavy, I’m coming alive. It’s gonna be a 10-12 round fight. We run it back, and this time I finish him.”

Conor McGregor expressed his views on a rematch against Floyd Mayweather via social media last year. After Mike Tyson praised the UFC star in one of his podcasts, ‘The Notorious’ showed respect to ‘Iron Mike’ and said he would beat Mayweather. Akin to Logan Paul, McGregor had also claimed to have decoded Mayweather’s game plan.

But none of the fighters look likely to get their rematches.
