YouTuber turned professional boxer Logan Paul has made the headlines frequently over the past few months. The internet sensation will fight legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather while his brother Jake will face Ben Askren. And ahead of the latter, ‘The Maverick’ revealed why he has to back his brother.
Paul will face Askren in a blockbuster event on April 17, which will feature a celebrity commentary team and also music performances from famous artists. Despite the event coming under serious criticism, everyone still seems to talk about it. And the older Paul has now given his take.

The 0-1 boxer spoke to his brother’s opponent, Ben Askren on an episode of his podcast, ‘Impaulsive.’ Paul said, “It’s interesting because, you know, I want to be a good podcast host, I want to be respectful of our guests, but, in a way, you’re also fighting me. Because I’m the brother.”
‘The Maverick’ then added, “Well, he’s my blood. I have to, have to love and support him no matter how ridiculous he can be sometimes. That’s my family. You only got one of those. And so I have to ride with Jake, obviously.”

Jake Paul and Logan Paul are closer than many think
These comments from Logan Paul showed just how much he values and supports his younger brother. His comments showed he is aware of Jake Paul’s erratic behavior but still has to back him through thick and thin.

This shows just how close the two brothers are. Despite Jake Paul’s public digs at him, Logan Paul has his younger brother’s back. And it was no surprise to find out he was backing ‘The Problem Child’ for the April 17 event.
However, the reason may surprise a few fans. Many would expect Paul to say he’s backing Jake Paul because he thinks he is the better fighter. However, his comments hinted that he’s backing him only because he is his brother.
