Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson: Is this a comedy show or a serious boxing match?

Until now, it was YouTube boxing star Jake Paul who had been sending threats to legendary heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. However, it seems his brother Logan Paul has now entered the fray, borrowing a few tactics from his younger sibling. You see, in the build-up of the mega fight between Paul and Tyson, ‘El Gallo’ shared a few clips on social media in what appeared to be a fat belly suit.

Paul and Tyson will lock horns on November 15th at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, in a unique eight-two-minute-round boxing match with 14-ounce gloves sanctioned by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Regardless, in September, ‘The Problem Child’ took to Instagram to share a clip of himself wearing the fat suit, claiming to bench press 500lbs (227kg).

Paul, gearing up for his heavyweight showdown with Tyson, pumped himself up with a shout, “New PR, 500 lbs. I’m the strongest heavyweight in existence, no spot,” as he crushed the bench press. But wait, that’s not all. Later in the month, Paul served up some comedy gold with a skit featuring him munching on fried chicken, rocking a fat belly suit, and casually watching Tyson’s press conference where the legend had thrown some ‘fat’ jabs his way. And just when you thought he might’ve reached peak absurdity—oh no, he was not done yet.

On September 28th, Paul took it up a notch with yet another hilarious clip. This time, he rocked the infamous fat belly suit once again, busting out some dance moves in front of a table piled high with all sorts of delicious treats. The caption? “@miketyson want a bite?” Of course, the fun didn’t stop there. Paul dropped a comment on his own post that had everyone laughing: “Diddy got me pregnant.”

Now, his brother Logan Paul seems to be craving some attention, as he took a page out of Jake’s playbook and hopped on Instagram. Shirtless and flexing his comedic chops, Logan rocked the fat suit while holding his newborn baby in one arm and casually devouring a burger with the other. To make it even more absurd, piles of food were spread out on the table in front of him, turning the whole scene into a full-blown food fest.

Mike Tyson is not looking past Jake Paul

After Paul had released all the videos on social media, Tyson appeared at a press conference in Las Vegas to announce his partnership with LF*GO, the ultimate energy pouch, in October. While speaking to a flock of reporters in the crowd, the former heavyweight was probed about his thoughts on the fat suit videos Paul has been sharing.

The reporter speculated whether Paul was taking his training seriously. “I think he’s taking it very seriously because his health depends on it. I’m not looking past him. I’m not taking it lightly at all,” Tyson responded. Meanwhile, Tyson has been sharing his own share of training videos on social media, highlighting his readiness for the bout.
