Floyd Mayweather might have retired from professional boxing back in 2017, but it looks like he is training the next generation to take over the boxing world. Mayweather’s daughter Iyanna shares a son with rapper NBA Youngboy, making ‘Money’ a grandfather. His grandson Kentrell Gaulden Jr. is just a year old, but this didn’t stop Mayweather from teaching him the sweet science.

In a recent video, the former 5-division champ can be seen training Gaulden Jr., who might just have the skills to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps.

The two can be seen exchanging some soft punches with Mayweather, eventually pretending to get knocked out at the end of the video. Fans were quick to jump on this wholesome moment as they reacted to the video.

One fan stated Gaulden will be a superhero having the anger of his father and the skills of Mayweather.

Another fan claimed that the one-year-old was the strongest child in history.

Moreover, one fan hilariously stated this was the only time he had seen Mayweather get knocked out.

Following this, one fan stated that Gaulden would either end up becoming a champion in the future or end up as a convicted felon.

Another fan claimed that Gaulden would strike fear into people as he grew older.

One fan even went as far as claiming that he had greatness in his DNA, with his dad being one of the best rappers and his grandfather being one of the greatest boxers.

Another fan hilariously stated that Gaulden was ready to take on lightweight title contender Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis in a boxing match.

Lastly, one fan claimed that Gaulden was able to accomplish what 50 other grown men could not by knocking Mayweather out.

Mayweather’s fans seemed to have a field day after watching his wholesome video. Moreover, Gaulden might just have the potential to achieve greatness like his grandfather, and looks to be on the right track for it.

Mayweather once took his grandson to a $4.5 million ice skating rink

Back in February 2021, Mayweather bought an ice skating rink in Las Vegas for a whopping 4.5 million. However, he seemed to make good use of his purchase after taking his grandson to the rink.

In an Instagram story, Mayweather could be seen enjoying a mock boxing match with his one-year-old grandson. Mayweather has always been one to put his family ahead. With the money he has earned, he wants them to have the lifestyle he couldn’t have during his childhood.
