NFL running backs Le’Veon Bell and Adrian Peterson are set to square off in a Social Gloves event on July 30 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The duo will be fighting for the first time and are set to perform on an undercard that features a highly exciting contest between YouTube stars Austin McBroom and AnEsonGib.

But unfortunately, this entire event is at risk of getting scrapped at the last moment.
TMZ Sports reported that the main event on the card between YouTubers has reached a volatile state which could go either way. According to them, Gib is pulling out of the bout due to a head injury, which changed the entire course. Though Gib was eager to take a shot, doctors refused him from taking part.
The only possibility that could save this showdown is Gib’s replacement. However, McBroom is trying hard to get a suitable opponent, but the process is not going well.
If McBroom could not get one, then it would be disappointing news for fans who wanted to see a clash between NFL stars.
The only motivation that could help in keeping patience is that the previous year’s Social Gloves Event also underwent various problems, but finally it landed after various efforts.

Comparison between Le’Veon Bell and Adrian Peterson
This is not the first time when NFL players are lacing gloves. Earlier, Frank Gore faced off a former NBA player but unfortunately lost the bout. The highlighted part of this crossover is that both are NFL running backs.
Bell is 30 and had no boxing experience prior. However, it would not create a problem because 37-year-old Peterson also stands on the same level. Both stand 6’1 and will collide in the same weight division so clearly it is going to be a fair contest.
