According to Fred’s living brother, Fred was the fourth brother in the family. But more than that, at home and beyond, he was a wonderful man who was always entertaining and delightfully mischievous.
One of the earliest members of the legendary Earth, Wind, & Fire, White turned the course of the music with his otherworldly drumming skills. Along with his brothers Verdine White, and Maurice White, he was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 for his contribution to genres like R&B, funk, disco, soul, and classic rock.
Though the newer generation has not witnessed him performing live in a concert, they might have come across his soundtracks which were produced mainly for weddings, high school reunions, and several other parties.
