Ryan Garcia‘s mother Lisa Garcia is leaving her fate in the hands of God. She has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, which turned ‘KingRy’s world upside down. Her calm and resolute mindset gives the other members of her family the much-needed strength to deal with the challenges ahead.
Lisa has successfully undergone surgery called lumpectomy to remove her tumor. In a previous Instagram post, she revealed, “After they do that, they will be able to determine how far along I am in my stage. So far, they think it’s just radiation.”
Now, the ordeal is over and Lisa is out of the operation theatre safe and sound. On top of that, in what can only be called a heartwarming moment, she had a “special” reunion with her grandson whom she met after a “very long time”. “They brought him to me, he reached to me with one hand, touched my forward and wipe my face.. I said wow “he touched me with his healing hands,” she wrote on X while sharing the picture of the moment on Instagram.

“I want my kids to be healthy. And I want to have a great family,” she said in an interview. Jolie further emphasized that money and fame “can go away”, but family is what she “lives for”. Relating to Jolie’s heartfelt comment about the importance of having a family, Lisa captioned the post, “This is why my hear breaks because I ditto these sentiments”.
Notably, Ryan Garcia’s parents were deeply concerned and extended their support to their son who was lambasted on social media recently for his racist and islamophobic rants. “Ryan has been open about his ongoing struggle with mental health over the years. As a family, we remain committed to encouraging and ensuring he receives the necessary help to navigate this very challenging time and address both his immediate and long-term well-being.” a written statement by Garcia’s parents read.
