Terence Crawford is prepared to become the next undisputed Welterweight champion potentially. With less than 24 hours left in the fight, the pressure is building up. However, even though it took years for the two to exchange jabs with each other, the two did fight some common opponents. When it comes to comparison, there can be many factors that are overlooked and it seems that Crawford is not a big fan of that. The Welterweight recently opened up about his thoughts on people discrediting him for his victories against opponents also fought by Errol Spence Jr.

‘Bud’ recently made an appearance on Hotboxin with Mike Tyson. While on the podcast, he did not hold back about people undermining his potential while comparing his fights to that of the unified champion. He also gave a different perspective to his fight with Kell Brook and Shawn Porter.

The Welterweight gave a different perspective to the time when Kell Brook fought him and the time he fought Spence Jr. According to him, Spence Jr was already “damaged goods” as he was coming from a loss to GGG when he fought Spence Jr. But, Brook fought Crawford when he was on a three-win streak. He was “willing to win.” While talking about the clash with Shawn Porter, he said, “Shawn Porter, he was coming off a win. I hate it when a lot of people try to discredit my victories.”

The WBO Welterweight champion claimed that Porter was “really hurt” when the two were inside the boxing ring. He claimed that the two-time Welterweight champion “barely touched the ground.” However, it was still considered a knockdown. He even reminded everyone that when he knocked down Porter, he was injured.
