The fight between Kell Brook and Amir Khan is finally on after being in contention for almost a decade. These two boxers are going to square off on February 19 at the Manchester Arena. The hype behind this contest is insane and both the fighters are involved in tons of interviews.

Kell Brook, who was in a chat with Sky Sports Boxing, was asked about the worst part of training. He said, “The diet. I love my foods, I love them chocolates. That’s why I had to get, that’s why I had to get out before Christmas, so I were, you know, Cadbury’s ball needed to get away”

Boxers go through a stringent diet prior to their fights. They have to focus on the macro-nutrients, like proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Also, with these diets, they have to manage their body composition for the weight cuts.
