Kell Brook, who was in a chat with Sky Sports Boxing, was asked about the worst part of training. He said, “The diet. I love my foods, I love them chocolates. That’s why I had to get, that’s why I had to get out before Christmas, so I were, you know, Cadbury’s ball needed to get away”
Boxers go through a stringent diet prior to their fights. They have to focus on the macro-nutrients, like proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Also, with these diets, they have to manage their body composition for the weight cuts.
