“Just Wants to Feed Off His Sons’ Fames and Milk Them for Money”: John Fury’s Second Reminder to KSI to Honor £200,000 Bet Draws Scathing Responses From Fans

It’s been seventeen days since KSI lost to Tommy Fury in a controversial unanimous decision fight. But John Fury, Tommy’s father, has not gotten over the fact that KSI has not fulfilled the terms of their wager. In recent times, both of his sons, Tommy and Tyson Fury, went through what is being called “controversial wins.” However, that hasn’t fazed John Fury, as he took to Instagram to ask KSI for £200,000 again.

Previously, the old-timer had entered into a bet with KSI before his fight with Tommy Fury during a livestream. So, as soon as the fight concluded, papa John was quick to make his demand known via video callout to KSI. While KSI did not respond to the first video, John seemingly is not planning to give up on the green stuff. So, after Tyson Fury edged the win against Francis Ngannou, Fury decided to make a follow-up video, calling out KSI for the money a second time.

John Fury’s second video message to KSI

Recently, Michel Benson shared the clip John uploaded on his Instagram story. In the story, John states, “Mr. KSI, I am back in the UK. Just a quick reminder of the outstanding bill you owe me.” John went on to proclaim that he was not going to stop making these videos until KSI paid him the money. He even highlighted that KSI was the one who agreed to the bet. “You called the bet on, not me,” said John. 

John suggested KSI would want to be an honorable man, so he should make good on his word by paying him the money. “You know you want to be known as…proper man and an honorable man,” said John. He then ended the video by reiterating his demand, “Pay your money because I am not gonna stop,” said John. With that out of the way, as fans got their hands on the video, they did not hold back with the bashing remarks.

Fans give a taste of reality to John Fury

Since Benson tweeted the clip on X (formerly Twitter), fans came in droves to express their opinion on John’s attempt to collect his money from KSI. The tweet has generated over 250K impressions and more than two hundred comments.

One user made a hilarious comment alongside a picture of KSI sleeping. The user implied whenever John asks for his money, KSI is sleeping.

Another user reminded John about the actual bet that was made. According to the user, KSI would have to pay if Tommy stopped KSI, and since that did not happen, John is the one who should be paying KSI.

Even the next user emphasized the same detail about the bet while claiming John was trying to use his son’s fame to make money.

Someone else pointed out that because of the twenty-year age difference between them, John would keep making these videos until he died. 

The next user confidently asserted that John would never receive the money, so he should calm down.

Even though Tommy barely won the fight, John Fury seems to think KSI owes him the bet money. However, the same sentiment isn’t shared by the fans, evident from the responses. However, the burning question is – do you think KSI owes John Fury money?
