Not all fights are made equal! While Anthony Joshua is about to enter the ring against Otto Wallin on 23 December, people are more excited to see ‘AJ’ finally face off against Deontay Wilder. In a surprising twist of faith, the fight between the two-time world champion and ‘Bronze Bomber’ was rumored to be confirmed for March 9.

However, before that fight could happen, Wallin and Joseph Parker stand in the way. While Anthony fought Robert Helenius three months ago, Wilder hasn’t fought since October 2022. So, Wallin and Joseph present a real threat to the potential fight. However, Joshua is confident about the win, so while appearing in a recent interview with TNT Sports Boxing, Joshua described what would happen in the fight against Wilder.

While speaking to TMT Sports, Laura Woods questioned Joshua about what would happen when he fights Wilder. In response, Joshua stated, “Same as Ngannou.” It’s worth mentioning that in the same interview, Anthony claimed a fight with Francis Ngannou would be a war. So, Joshua agreed to Laura calling it “just a proper all-out war.”

However, when probed further about whether the Wilder fight would be easier than the Ngannou fight, Joshua suggested he doesn’t know. “I don’t know. I think because you know what it is in heavyweight boxing… every heavyweight hits differently.” He later added, “I think they’ll be so different, I don’t know.”  With that out of the way, here’s everything one needs to know about the potential fight.
