Floyd Mayweather has never looked vulnerable inside a boxing ring during his career spanning over two decades. Although a few of his opponents could trouble him, the unbeaten boxer always found ways to vanquish them. He retired from pro-boxing in 2017 after amassing a flawless record of 50 wins and zero losses.

While it’s been almost five years since his last pro-putting, Mayweather still dons a toned physique and his frequent training glimpses on social media, touts him to possess the same fitness features even to this day. Floyd Mayweather will turn 45 in the next few weeks, and while most of his contemporaries have accepted the distance from the sport, ‘TBE’ is still active in exhibition appearances.

A few days back, unified female middleweight champion, Claressa Shields, praised Mayweather’s current conditioning and said, the retired pugilist can still cause problems to many active fighters. That said, Mayweather’s personal chef, Quiana Jeffries, had detailed the secret of Mayweather’s energy several years back.

In an exclusive interview in 2015, Jeffries revealed several insights about Mayweather’s diet. Per his statements, Mayweather isn’t an over-eater and snacks throughout the day. The boxer also loves to eat broccoli and doesn’t shy away from munching on burgers, or a fat mac occasionally. But it’s the juice that seems to restore all his energy.

Talking about it, Jeffries said, “I also make juice for him every day. I take all different kinds of fruits and vegetables and I juice them, which helps give him a lot of nutrients all at once. Again, his workouts are so intense that you just kind of wonder, like, How are you able to do this? I believe juicing helps because it gives him energy.”

Mayweather never hesitates to flaunt his extravagant lifestyle in front of the fans. It involves clubbing, partying, and moving all over the world. But that has never affected his training regime. Jeffries recalled in the interview how Floyd Mayweather once called him at 3 am or 4 am to prepare some food, as the boxer was about to work out.

Mayweather munches on hot dogs, ramen, and a lot of non-veg diets. That said, he also keeps a check on what he is eating and doesn’t seem to compromise on his fitness goals. This is one of the prime reasons that he can still trade shots and expect himself to generate multi-millions even on his exhibition appearances.
