Day by day, things are escalating between the YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul and Tyson Fury’s younger brother, Tommy Fury. Ever since Paul’s last fight, boxing purists and fans have drawn immense comparisons between the two young guns, who are desperate to make a mark in the boxing world. On top of that, it’s high time for Jake Paul to challenge pro-boxers from hereon.
That said, both Paul and Fury’s teams are in touch to book this fight. Unfortunately, as of now, there’s no clear date as to when this bout will materialize.
Regardless of that, ‘TNT’s father John Fury is already eager to see this contest. In his recent chat with talkSPORT, he said, “Tommy is over there giving his support [to Tyson]. He’s got his own thing that’s going to be going on shortly with this Jake Paul fella.

“Tyson said if Jake Paul beats him, he’s got to change his name because of some stupid stuff – which he should do! If he can’t beat Jake Paul I’ll smash him to bits with a bamboo stick myself.”
“Tyson, his brother, said ‘right, we’ll kick the s*** out of you as well!’ [if he doesn’t win]. So, no pressure [laughs].”

Fury, a novice in the fight world, knows the amount of hype and attention Jake Paul brings to the table and wants to share the ring with ‘The Problem Child’. On the other hand, Jake Paul too has remained assertive about fighting Tommy Fury next. Hence, it just seems like a matter of time until the two square off.
