Mike Tyson and Logan Paul were reported to be potential opponents for a proposed exhibition fight. However, no official developments validate the claim. As for Paul, he has desired to have a shot at ‘Iron’, who is 55-years-old now and has been out of professional activities for more than a decade.

But relying on his aura as a KO-artist, Tyson can still look into the eyes of Logan Paul. 26-year-old Paul has competed in a single professional bout which he lost against KSI. His recent appearance against Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition ended in a draw. Hence, numbers don’t favor him to pass a test against Mike Tyson under any parameter.

Joe Rogan, however, sees ‘The Maverick’ have an advantage in a possible scrap against Mike Tyson. In a chat with rapper Snoop Dogg, Rogan expressed views about Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson.

The US comedian said, “The only thing you would have on Logan’s side is youth, that’s it.”

Snoop Dogg, who has been a boxing fan for years, also agreed to that. Tyson is a hard-hitter and has fed several big guys to the canvas in the past. Logan Paul is clearly not an intimidating persona before him. But given Tyson’s old age, he may struggle against the 26-year-old.

Losing against the social media star will be extremely embarrassing for ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson. That said, the fight is still a fantasy and needs several more factors to come aligned before we see the mismatch happen in reality.

Despite having no relevance, Paul vs Tyson can still be an attention-seeking factor for the combat world. Both men have been in exhibition bouts recently and have a global fanbase. While Logan Paul traded blows with Floyd Mayweather in June, a potential fight against Mike Tyson can fetch him another lucrative payday.

The same can happen to Tyson, who earned a hefty financial number in his exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr. in November 2020. After that fight, Tyson had claimed that he would remain active. As he has yet to find a relevant opponent, Logan Paul may urge him to lace up the gloves once again.
