Joe Fournier Overlooks KSI, Says He Will Knockout Opponent’s Brother Deji Next

KSI is set to return inside the squared circle. The YouTuber-turned-boxer has been the pioneer of influencer boxing. Whether or not one likes it, it can’t be denied that fans are interested to see influencers boxing, especially when it involves KSI. Though he received a lot of flak after his last two bouts for not fighting formidable opponents, he is cutting no corners as he is set to face Joe Fournier on May 13.

Fournier presents a new challenge for him. He is an experienced professional boxer and presents a style that can potentially give a lot of problems to KSI. Though, KSI is not a walk in the park for him as well. Yet he appears to be confident and is overlooking KSI in many ways as he calls out Deji.

Fournier is not just any other boxer. According to Forbes, he is worth $100 million. He has also competed in Misfits events in the past. Finally, he gets to square off against the opponent he wanted to for the longest time.

His fight with KSI will be the biggest fight for him to date. However, he is extremely confident about his bout. As a matter of fact, he is prepared to fight Deji, KSI’s brother next.

@IfnBoxing took to Twitter to report the same. The Tweet stated, “Joe Fournier said he is going to knock out Deji next”

He stated,

“Got to knock him out next as-well don’t I?” Evident to say, he is not intimidated by KSI. Though, only time will reveal if he is the victor of the bout and goes on to fight Deji. It can be speculated that maybe it is mind games that he is playing with KSI.

Joe Fournier hits punching bag with KSI’s face on it

The fight between the two involves stakes at the highest level. Recently, in a video, he appeared to be hitting a punching bag that has KSI’s face stuck to it. While punching, Fournier states, “He’s already got a black eye. He’s already half-cooked.”
