Jake Paul’s Boxing Coach Remains Honest While Predicting Former Rival Deji’s Fate Against Swarmz

Influencer boxing has garnered a fanbase in a short space of time. It is intriguing for the fans as they get to see their favorite celebrity throw down with other celebrities. And for celebrities, it makes sense as it is highly lucrative and is a way to garner interest in their brands. In 2018, KSI fought and defeated another YouTuber named Joe Weller. After his victory, he called out the very popular “Paul brothers“.

Thereafter, KSI’s wish came to fruition as he fought Logan Paul while his brother, Deji fought Paul’s younger brother Jake Paul. In the bout, Deji was defeated by Paul. Though, recently, Paul’s trainer publicly backed him ahead of his next bout. Deji is set to face Swarmz who has a long history with the Olatunji brothers. Swarmz is another British celebrity who has dwelled in the realm of celebrity boxing.

Jake Paul’s trainer makes a shocking prediction

Paul’s trainer, Benjamin Flores, took to Twitter to make his prediction about the matchup between Deji vs Swarmz. Swarmz is a British rapper, singer, and also boxer. The rapper fought Deji’s older brother KSI last year in which he was defeated. The two will fight on the Misfit’s undercard headlined by KSI.

For the same, KSI took to Twitter to state that it is after 5 years, he and his brother will fight on the same card. The last time they fought on the same was in 2018 when Deji squared off against the “Problem child”. 

KSI stated,“The Olatunji brothers are back on the same card. Misfits 007.”

Flores surprisingly picks Deji in the bout. During the lead-up of their bout, Paul and Deji were hostile. Though, seeing his trainer choose him over Swarmz is a sign that maybe things are not as hostile. Flores stated, “Deji by EARLY KO. He has improved a LOT over the last 18 months.”

Benjamin Flores gets robbed in Columbia

Last month, Flores was on a vacation in Columbia. During his stay, he was robbed and shot. In a series of Instagram stories, the former boxer explained the devastating news. He stated, “They put the pistol right there. (pointing at his forehead) Crazy yeah, I don’t know what to say. Pistol is right there (points to forehead again), telling me to give my wallet and watch, everything. We were definitely targeted.”

Fortunately, the 44-year-old was able to escape alive. One can hope that the trainer is recovering by the minute. Paul is set to take on Nate Diaz in a few months.
